Ask Claude about LuluLocal
Connect Claude to LuluLocal's ERPNext and ask in plain words: what's in stock, which website orders haven't gone out, which gift box fits a R500 budget. Claude can also start a quote for you as a draft. It signs in as you and sees only what your ERPNext login allows.

- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors, and choose Add custom connector.
- Name it LuluLocal and paste the address above:
https://lulu.2nth.app/mcp. Press Add. - Press Connect. You are sent to LuluLocal's ERPNext sign-in. Sign in with your usual ERPNext email and password.
- If ERPNext asks whether to allow Claude access, choose Allow. You land back in Claude, connected.
- In a chat, make sure LuluLocal is switched on in the tools menu, then ask a question.
Add it once, then sign in from inside Claude Code:
claude mcp add --transport http lulu https://lulu.2nth.app/mcpRun /mcp, choose lulu and authenticate. Your browser opens LuluLocal's ERPNext sign-in.

What it can do
Stock on handWebsite and Corporate stock, held for orders, available, cost and value. Search by name or SKU.
Stock movementsEvery change to one product: opening count, website orders sent, corporate orders, deliveries in.
Website ordersShopify orders as they stand in ERPNext, and which haven't gone out.
Gift boxesThe 240 boxes on lululocal.co.za with prices and contents. Filter by budget.
QuotesFind quotes by customer or status, and draft a new one with VAT at 15%.
Sync healthAny problems with the Shopify link, and any orders missing from ERPNext.
Anything else in ERPNextLook up customers, suppliers, products or documents, and run ERPNext reports.
Sign-in and permissions
1 · You askClaude calls the LuluLocal connector.
2 · You sign inOnce, on LuluLocal's own ERPNext page. Claude never sees your password.
3 · ERPNext decidesEvery request runs as you, with your ERPNext roles.
4 · You get the answerOnly what your login could see in ERPNext itself.
- Your login, your access. If you can't see something in ERPNext, Claude can't either.
- The sign-in lasts a while, then refreshes. If Claude says the session expired, press Connect again.
- To disconnect, remove the connector in Claude's settings. An administrator can also revoke access in ERPNext under OAuth Bearer Token.
What it will never do
Drafts onlyAnything Claude creates or changes stays a draft until a person checks and submits it in ERPNext.
No submit, cancel or deleteThose buttons don't exist for Claude. Final decisions stay with the team.
No settings or usersUsers, roles, sign-in and system settings are blocked outright.
Never touches the websiteThe connector talks to ERPNext only. Shopify and Xero are not reachable from here.
Good to know
- Stock starts from the count at the end of 7 October 2026. Website orders take stock off when they're fulfilled in Shopify. Corporate orders come off when they're logged on the adjustments sheet.
- Invoices live in Xero, so Claude won't find them in ERPNext.
- Quote prices are excluding VAT. Claude shows both.
- Claude can make mistakes. Check numbers that matter in ERPNext before acting on them.
